This is actually a secret portion of the website for my 'company' - as I like to present my published games as if I'm not just some guy.

A Wee Bit More Detail

I received my Computer Science degree from Queens University Belfast back in 2021, with a strong foundation in C#, Python, and machine learning. I worked on multiple projects, including a website/database project, an android application, and for my thesis I created a program for predicting coastal erosion using machine learning.

Since then have primarily been working on a mix of game jam projects and solo titles, with the intention of publishing these myself. I've worked with GDevelop, Godot, and Unity to create engaging and polished game experiences, from player mechanics to AI systems. I'm especially passionate about turning creative ideas into functional gameplau. ensiuring smooth performance and responsive controls.

In addition to my technical skills, I have experience in designing core gameplay systems, combat mechanics, and progression features. I developed and published my own twin-stick shooter on Steam, where I was responsible for all programming, including player customization, AI, and UI. This project taught me valuable lessons in managing scope, polishing user experience, and learning from real player feedback, having even showcased the game at a local convention - Q-Con Belfast.

I’m always eager to learn new tools and grow as a developer, and I thrive in environments where I can collaborate with other passionate creators to build something truly special.

Game Projects

Warning - mostly done with programmer art

Below you can find a number of the game projects I've created in my free time - most of them are game jam projects, but the first few are games that are either released to the public for sale, or are intended to eventually be that. Click on their names to try them out/see more images.
